I used superfoods before it became powders. All it’s about is to eat types of food that contains certain substances from nature that benefits the body extra. I’ve genetically high cholesterol so that is why I got interested in superfood since they lower the “bad” cholesterol.
We need cholesterol to f.ex. the production of some hormones. So cholesterol isn’t bad it just has to be in a balanced amount.
Superfoods also helps the body to be more healthy and to counteracting the aging process.
