Smoothies

Smoothies is another thing I love – unfortunately I live in a way where I don’t have the access to make smoothies like I wish I could but then I’ve something to look forward to 🙂

I use a base of 1 or 2 servings of:

  • coconut water
  • rice milk
  • almond milk

To the base I add 1 serving of:

  • tropical juice
  • orange juice

For sweetness I add :

  • 1 banana
  • Maple syrup

For fatty acids I add:

  • coconut oil

For protein I add:

  • raw eggs
  • greek yoghurt (gives also a creamy consistent)

Fruit and vegetables are of a very poor quality here in Scandinavia so I add superfoods

  • raw cacao
  • bio fruit from Pure Planet
  • phyto carrots from Pure Planet

I end up with adding 1 or 2 servings of:

  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • black berries
  • strawberries
  • mango
