Bumblebee Girl on Mission Possible

Rainbow food

In Denmark and Norway there is a guideline saying, that we have to eat 500-600 gram veggies and fruit each day, and potatoes don’t count. And this is a minimum for a good healthy diet. But I like the principals of eating rainbow food better, because they look a what the body needs to work fully.

You are supposed to eat 1-2 servings a day:

Raw = 1,2 dl
Cooked = 2,4 dl
