My diet

This is the diet I’ve to follow. Most of the diet is found in the cooperation with medical staff and a few thing I’ve found that I feel better when I avoid them. It’s based on the groceries I can get in Scandinavia.

*Mango is under observation since I’ve reacted when eating it the last 2 times (tongue got swollen)

At home I live strict after this diet but when I go out there are some things I can take a little easy on and other stuff I’ve to be very consequent about. Like raw pineapple, kiwi, soy, canoli and beans – they are of limit. Raw pineapple and kiwi makes my tongue swollens up, and that is not pratical 😉

I always bring capsules with enzymes to help my digestion.

In restaurants I often find dishes that I can eat and sometimes with a few alterations. Else I ask the waiter and they are normally very helpful.

I’ve found that I haven’t allergy or intolerance of lactose and gluten, but if I eat it I bloat, get diarrhea (lactose) and becomes foggy, so therefore I’ve chosen to avoid these in generally. Sugar doesn’t do any good either, so I avoid sugar too 🙂
