For me exercising must be fun and I recommend everybody to do the same. Find the things that makes you laugh or/and have fun. For me it’s
- beach and water activities (just had SUP/surf lessons in Sydney and loved it)
- dancing like swing, salsa, cha cha cha and argentine tango
- taking a long walk to experience nature or city life (I try to keep up with what goes on in Oslo, so I can experience a lot of different thing)
- trigger point
To support all this I need a good core in my body and there I use TRX and I love it. For me the best exercise is where I use my own body weight.
One thing I hope for is that in time it will be possible again to do sand running with bare feet.
Swimming is also a thing I would like to start again and if I can find a good instructor I’ll learn to crawl :o)
