I’m avoid soy because I’ve reacted rather seriously on it. I love sushi and it doesn’t taste that good without a sauce. Therefore, to make the experience better, I’ve created my own sauce 🙂
1/4 dl strong cold broth vegetable
Squeeze the lime(s) and mix the juice into the broth. Do it in sips and then taste so you get the taste you like.
Personally I love lime so I use a lot. Unfortunately the limes we can buy in Scandinavia isn’t very fresh but it taste of lime 😉
