This is a wanna-be recipe I’ve made myself.
1 bundle of basil or parsley
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 dl olive oil of a good quality
2 small avocados
I use a blender where I put the washed basil or parsley in with sunflower seeds, oil and avocados. Blend until it gets the concistens you like. I like it a little chunky. Taste and add the herb salt you like.
