Polenta Soup

1 dl polenta
6 dl water
2 tsk vegetable broth
25 g butter
1 dl heavy cream or coconut cream
Herb salt if bland

Served with 1 dl olive oil and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Make the water and broth boil. Add the polenta and butter and stir all the time. When it’s boiling lower the heat and stir well. When it’s almost finished add the “creamy” ingredient after your choice. Add herb salt if needed.

Served with a layer of cold olive oil on to with a little chopped parsley
