Some stuff I buy week by week or when I need it, but like others I’ve a little storages in the kitchen. So through time I’ve certain things that has become a thing I want to have in store:


  • Avocado oil (can’t get non rancid oil in Norway)
  • Butter
  • Coconut oil
  • Olive oil


  • Almond
  • Coconut
  • Corn
  • Potato
  • Rice


  • Apple juice with pulp (not from concentrate)
  • Coconut milk (without additives if possible)
  • Coconut water
  • Rice milk
  • Tropical juice (not from concentrate and not with pineapple and kiwi (the last 2 I’m allergic to)


  • Apple mash homemade without sugar
  • Black berries (frozen)
  • Blueberries (frozen)
  • Lemons
  • Limes
  • Raspberries (frozen)
  • Strawberries (frozen)

Meat/fish etc.:

  • Chicken (meat from the drum sticks – frozen)
  • Eggs (always organic)
  • Salmon (not breed – frozen)
  • sausages from a Danish butcher in Oslo (frozen)
  • Shrimps (frozen)
  • Spring rolls – homemade (frozen)


  • Almonds
  • Cashew
  • Coconut (grated + flakes)
  • Hazelnuts
  • Pistachio nuts
  • Raw cacao in different versions


  • Chia
  • Corn for popcorn
  • Flax
  • Sesame
  • Sunflower

Spices and herbs:

  • Anis (star)
  • Bay laurel
  • Cardemomme
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Herb salt preferably based on stone salt
  • Mustard powder (yellow)
  • Oregano
  • Tarragon
  • Turmeric
  • Vanilla pods

In Denmark I had parsley, dill and chives too.


  • Cane sugar (only use it in very rare occasions)
  • Coconut sugar
  • Maple syrup
    (I don’t like the taste of honey)


I buy “fresh” vegetables

  • Chick peas
  • Peas (frozen – usually used as a ice-bag when I hurt myself 😀 )
  • Tomato sauce (organic and pure)

The mixed category:

  • Greek yoghurt
  • Raw rice
  • Vegetable broth (biodynamic and pure)
