1 pkg. sliced bacon which is smoked and not sprayed with smoke flavoring
1 dl buttermilk
1/3 dl water
60 g unsieved spelled flour
little herb salt
Everything except the bacon is poured into a bowl and whisked well.
Cut the bacon into small cubes of about 1 x 1 cm.
Put a frying pan (small) over the heat and cook 1-2 tbsp. bacon until slightly golden, but still soft Pour a little batter over so the bacon is distributed in the dough. Fry the pancake at slightly under medium heat, allow the unit to be done inside.
Cut into six triangles.
Serve immediately with a little chopped parsley and salad.
