This diet I’ve been using since about 2001. As the name says it’s about living clean so to say eat clean food. So that means food without:
- Any artificial substances
- Fermented products
- Plastic containers etc.
- Refined products
- Stimulation substances like coffee etc.
- White wheat
Some headlines I use is:
- Buy organic if possible
- Glass containers if possible
- Make food from the bottom
- Oils always of a good quality and on dark bottles
In the spring of 2013 I was on a couple of weeks of lactose-free diet and that was magic. I’m not allergic or intolerant but the new thing is that you can be sensitive too and get reactions. The good thing about “only” being sensitive is that if I’m visiting or eating on a restaurant I don’t have to consider this one that much.
